Bonus Post: Life Aboard the Plancius!

The team was able to send some photos of their journey. Since we've received these great photos, we figured we'd post them right away, AND we'll also post another entry, complete with an audio update and details from day, later this evening. Compiled below is the promised Plancius Photojournal!

"Don't forget the Crazy Creek!" Organization is paramount to successful expeditions. Before packing up their pulks, the Shackleton Crossers (Shack Trackers) spread their entire kit out to make sure they aren't missing any key pieces of gear (or bringing too much stuff; if you bring it along, you carry it everywhere you go!).

Team members will tow these soon to be gear-laden pulks across South Georgia Island.

The pulks can be carried if areas of no snow are encountered.

Check back soon for today's audio dispatch!
